Flying Dutchman Enterprises Pty Ltd works together with employers and other recruitment agencies. The process is divided into three phases.
Based on the job vacancy of an employer/recruitment agency, we create a job vacancy. Flying Dutchman Enterprises list an advertisement and we direct approach candidates.
We select interesting CV’s and organize an intake chat with the candidates. If a candidate the requirements and is willing to apply, we create a profile (short CV of 1 page). We also analyses the language level of the candidate in the case the requirement is to learn Dutch. We send the profile to the employer for assessment.
The employer and candidate have an online job interview. The employer decides if they want to make a job offer. Organizing and joining the job interviews isn’t included in our fee structure. We can quote for job interview services.
After signing a job contract, Flying Dutchman Enterprises starts with the language training. We can also assist for an extra fee with collecting all the required documents from the candidate (dossier with all required files).
